The project focused on studying groundwater utilization and its potential in the mountainous terrain of Gajuri Rural Municipality, Dhading, Nepal. Due to increasing demand and overexploitation of groundwater globally, the region is facing water stress, evident from declining water tables and springs drying up. the project provided valuable insights into groundwater potential in the mountainous region and aid in better planning to address water deficiency problems and ensure sustainable water supply for the local population.
