The project included identifying and prioritizing flood and drought issues in each country, developing a program of structural and nonstructural interventions for flood and drought risk management, and preparing feasibility studies for national investment programs based on the prioritized interventions. It focused on developing roadmaps and priority investment projects for Flood and Drought Risk Management and Mitigation in the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS). Overall, the project aimed to enhance flood and drought risk management and mitigation in the Greater Mekong Sub-region, promoting sustainable development and resilience against climate-related challenges in the region.
